This package includes:
1) Classroom observations (multiple rooms)
- 2–4 classrooms observed (depending on centre size) across different parts of the day (e.g., arrival, learning time, transitions, mealtimes, outdoor play).
- Focus areas: adult–child interactions, routines, behaviour guidance, engagement levels, inclusion, learning environment use, and how curriculum shows up in practice.
- I capture specific evidence —so feedback feels fair and actionable.
2) Leadership walk-through and debrief
- A guided walk-through with the principal/centre leader to “see through a quality lens”.
- We look at: flow of the environment, consistency across rooms, supervision and safety patterns, documentation systems, and staff role clarity.
- Debrief includes: what to protect (strengths), what to tighten (quick wins), and what needs a longer plan.
3) Calibrated quality snapshot (strengths + priorities)
- A clear summary that separates symptoms (e.g., “children restless”) from root causes (e.g., “transitions unclear; expectations inconsistent; learning zones not set up for independent engagement”).
- Priority areas are ranked so you’re not trying to fix everything at once.
- You’ll receive “what good looks like” examples in plain language, so staff understand exactly what to aim for.
4) A written report summarising all the above points.
