Package 5 | MOMOTARO | 3-6 weeks

"Go with all care and speed. We expect you back victorious!"

This package includes:

1) Parent workshop (routines, boundaries, emotional regulation)

A practical, supportive session designed to reduce stress for both parents and educators. It’s not about judging families—it’s about giving them tools that actually work at home and align with what children experience in the centre.

Typical workshop focus areas:

  • Routines that reduce daily conflict
  • Boundaries with warmth
  • Emotional regulation (what adults can do in the moment)
  • Common real-life scenarios
  • Home and centre alignment

2) Home–centre consistency toolkit

A set of simple, child-friendly resources that help families use the same language and approach as the centre. The toolkit is designed to be light, practical, and easy to follow.

3) Follow-up Q&A clinic (parents)

This is where the real value deepens, because parents get support with what’s actually happening in their homes. Centres also benefit because the Q&A reduces repeated individual complaints to staff—parents feel heard and guided.

Pause Reflect

  • Do you want a positive working partnership with parents, instead of tension, complaints, and misunderstandings?

  • Are staff spending too much time managing difficult conversations because home and centre expectations don’t match?

  • Do parents seem anxious or defensive about behaviour and boundaries—making it harder to support the child together?

  • Do you wish families had simple, practical strategies they could use at home so children get consistent messages?

If any of these sound familiar, book the Momotaro Package—and let’s gather the village spirit. We’ll align home and centre, share a few trusty tools, and help parents feel warmly involved in their child’s learning journey (with far fewer battles on the way!).

I want this!

Typical example (what this looks like in a real setting)

A centre says:

“We’re getting frequent parent complaints about behaviour and boundaries. Parents are anxious, some feel blamed, and staff feel defensive. Children are receiving mixed messages—one set of rules at home and another at school.”

What we do:

  • In the parent workshop, we normalise the challenges and give families a calm, practical framework.
  • Parents receive the toolkit so they can practise at home immediately.

You’ll notice:

  • Parents feel more supported and less defensive.
  • Fewer misunderstandings and complaints.
  • More consistent messages for children.
  • A calmer partnership between staff and families.
